Engagement, empathy, and empowerment defined our day at the Australian Disability Enterprise in Allambie Heights, Sydney. Blesbok staff didn’t just visit; they dove into the daily roles of supported employees.
The energy was electric as Blesbok employees paired up with their Sunnyfield buddies, stepped into their shoes and shared in their work. This hands-on experience was more than just a team-building exercise – it was a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and community spirit.
